With this picture I show the result after removing the lid of the mold. The area has not been very consistent but apparently looks good. You have to remove the brick mold. For this we give a few small bumps on the side of the mold and its base. Result ... 
is very difficult to "stripping." Apart from this, is that the block but apparently seemed to look good, it turned a block crumbles easily. Perhaps the mixing was not correct, or the quantity of water turned out to be ideal.
so this result think failure has possible arise first on bad compaction (obviously because failure tools), on other due to misdosing water.
